DingoLink LLC ("DingoLink," "we," "our," or "us") provides software, reporting, automation, and data-management services related to energy, utility information, business operations, and related activities.

Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

Information you provide is accurate
You are authorized to provide information submitted to DingoLink
You will use services lawfully

Third-Party Dependencies

Certain services rely on utility providers, manufacturers, and third-party systems. DingoLink cannot guarantee:

Continuous availability
Third-party system uptime
Accuracy of third-party data

Informational Purpose

Reports, projections, recommendations, and analyses are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, engineering, financial, or investment advice.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DingoLink's liability shall not exceed amounts paid to DingoLink during the preceding twelve months or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

California law governs these Terms.
